Individual Coaching
Personalized strategies tailored to your family's unique needs. Sessions can be in-person or virtual and used to understand, heal, and grow. First-time coaching partnerships begin with three sessions to get to know each other, make a plan, and follow up. Additional sessions can be added ongoing and as needed
Family Support
Building resilience and strength within your family unit. Sessions can be in person or virtual, and include affected family members depending on family needs. Co-Parenting, conflict resolution, or other multi-family dynamics can split session costs (not a doubled fee). First time partnerships require four sessions to assess situation, make a plan, follow up, and allow for adjustments. Additional sessions can be added ongoing and as needed.
Community and Group Learning
Connecting families with valuable tools and shared experiences. We will work with you to identify or customize educational content that addresses vital topics in the family lifecycle and common life transitions. Consultation is free; content, customization, facilitation, participant support, etc. available as needed.
Online Consulting
Accessible partnership through web-based platforms for all families. Online coaching is best used for practical topics, providing ages-and-stages family life education that is informative, problem solving, and less emotionally charged. First time partnerships start with three sessions to understand, plan, and refine. Additional sessions can be added ongoing and as needed.
