Progress Partners is based in Carver County, Minnesota, and founded by Kierstin Case, CFLE and M.A. Family Science.

Kierstin specializes in data-driven strategies to support families navigating high-conflict and high-stress situations. With a deep understanding of family dynamics, she combines evidence-based practices with personalized approaches to help families overcome challenges and build healthier, more cooperative relationships.

Whether working with parents in high-conflict co-parenting scenarios or families facing acute or chronic stress, the goal is to provide practical, actionable solutions that foster healthy communication, reduce conflict, and enhance family well-being.

As your Partner in Progress, our mission is to empower families with the tools, strategies, and support they need to transform their relationships. Through compassionate coaching and court-appointed services, we are dedicated to helping parents reduce conflict, improve communication, and develop effective, child-centered parenting plans that prioritize the well-being of their children.
